Yusuf Ali:

[006:091]  No just estimate of God do they make when they say: "Nothing doth God send down to man (by way of revelation)" Say: "Who then sent down the Book which Moses brought?- a light and guidance to man: But ye make it into (separate) sheets for show, while ye conceal much (of its contents): therein were ye taught that which ye knew not- neither ye nor your fathers." Say: "God (sent it down)": Then leave them to plunge in vain discourse and trifling.

Dr. Munir Munshey (one of www.answering-christianity.com's authors):

[006:091]  They did not value and venerate Allah as much as He rightfully deserves, when they said, “Allah has not revealed anything to any man!” Ask them, “Who revealed the book that Musa had brought to the people? The light and Guidance that you have transcribed on parchment! Some of it you display, but most of it you keep hidden. It taught you that, which neither you nor your forefathers knew!” (Say), “Allah!” Then leave them alone and let them stay engrossed in their meaningless and playful debates.

Transliteration:

[006:091]  Wama qadaroo Allaha haqqa qadrihi ith qaloo ma anzala Allahu AAala basharin min shay-in qul man anzala alkitaba allathee jaa bihi moosa nooran wahudan lilnnasi tajAAaloonahu qarateesa tubdoonaha watukhfoona katheeran waAAullimtum ma lam taAAlamoo antum wala abaokum quli Allahu thumma tharhum fee khawdihim yalAAaboona

Arabic (Read from right to left.  Also, all png image files: [1] [2]).  Quran Moral Code (100s of them)]):

6:91 وماقدروا الله حق قدره اذ قالوا ماانزل الله على بشر من شئ قل من انزل الكتاب الذي جاء به موسى نورا وهدى للناس تجعلونه قراطيس تبدونها وتخفون كثيرا وعلمتم مالم تعلموا انتم ولا اباؤكم قل الله ثم ذرهم في خوضهم يلعبون

Sher Ali:

[006:091]  And they do not make a just estimate of the attributes of ALLAH, when they say, `ALLAH has not revealed anything to any man. Say, `Who revealed the Book which Moses brought, a light and a guidance for the people - though you treat it as scrapes of paper, some of which you show while you hide much thereof and you have been taught that which neither you nor your fathers knew ?' Say, `ALLAH.' Then leave them to amuse themselves with idle talk.

Shakir:

[006:091]  And they do not assign to Allah the attributes due to Him when they say: Allah has not revealed anything to a mortal. Say: Who revealed the Book which Musa brought, a light and a guidance to men, which you make into scattered writings which you show while you conceal much? And you were taught what you did not know, (neither) you nor your fathers. Say: Allah then leave them sporting in their vain discourses.

Pickthall:

[006:091]  And they measure not the power of Allah its true measure when they say: Allah hath naught revealed unto a human being. Say (unto the Jews who speak thus): Who revealed the Book which Moses brought, a light and guidance for mankind, which ye have put on parchments which ye show, but ye hide much (thereof), and (by which) ye were taught that which ye knew not yourselves nor (did) your fathers (know it) ? Say: Allah. Then leave them to their play of cavilling.

Sale:

[006:091]  They make not a due estimation of God, when they say, God hath not sent down unto man any thing at all: Say, who sent down the book which Moses brought, a light and a direction unto men; which ye transcribe on papers, whereof ye publish some part, and great part whereof ye conceal? And ye have been taught by Mohammed what ye knew not, neither your fathers. Say, God sent it down: Then leave them to amuse themselves with their vain discourse.

Muhammad Al-Hilali & Muhsin Khan:

[006:091]  They (the Jews, Quraish pagans, idolaters, etc.) did not estimate Allah with an estimation due to Him when they said: "Nothing did Allah send down to any human being (by inspiration)." Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Who then sent down the Book which Moosa (Moses) brought, a light and a guidance to mankind which you (the Jews) have made into (separate) papersheets, disclosing (some of it) and concealing (much). And you (believers in Allah and His Messenger Muhammad SAW), were taught (through the Quran) that which neither you nor your fathers knew." Say: "Allah (sent it down)." Then leave them to play in their vain discussions. (Tafsir Al-Qurtubee, Vol., Page ).

Palmer:

[006:091]  They do not prize God at His true worth when they say, 'God has never revealed to mortal anything.' Say, 'Who revealed the Book wherewith Moses came, a light and a guidance unto men? Ye put it on papers which ye show, though ye hide much; and ye are taught what ye knew not, neither you nor your fathers.' Say, 'God,' then leave them in their discussion to play.

Arberry:

[006:091]  They measured not God with His true measure when they said, 'God has not sent down aught on any mortal.' Say: 'Who sent down the Book that Moses brought as a light and a guidance to men? You put it into parchments, revealing them, and hiding much; and you were taught that you knew not, you and your fathers.' Say: 'God.' Then leave them alone, playing their game of plunging.

Khalifa: (why is he here?)

[006:091]  They never valued GOD as He should be valued. Thus, they said, "GOD does not reveal anything to any human being." Say, "Who then revealed the scripture that Moses brought, with light and guidance for the people?" You put it down on paper to proclaim it, while concealing a lot of it. You were taught what you never knew - you and your parents. Say, "GOD (is the One who revealed it)," then leave them in their heedlessness, playing.

Rodwell:

[006:091]  No just estimate do they form of God when they say, "Nothing hath God sent down to man." SAY: Who sent down the Book which Moses brought, a light and guidance to man, which ye set down on paper, publishing part, but concealing most: though ye have now been taught that which neither ye nor your fathers knew? SAY: It is God: then leave them in their pastime of cavillings.
