My rebuttal to Sam Shamoun's "The Bible on Camels' Hooves" response:
The following article is a rebuttal to Sam Shamoun's "response" that is located at: http://www.answering-islam.org/Responses/Osama/camel_hooves.htm.
Shamoun eats his own words!
It is first of all important to know that Sam Shamoun, the foul-mouthed and ill-mannered, ate back his translation and openly admits that the English translation that he used is as bad as his foul manners.
Here is what his initial translation said which I have destroyed for him:
"The LORD said to Moses and Aaron, Say to the Israelites: "Of all the animals that live on land, these are the ones you may eat: You may eat any animal that has a split hoof completely divided and that chews the cud. There are some that only chew the cud or only have a split hoof, but you must not eat them. The camel, though it chews the cud, does not have a split hoof; it is ceremonially unclean for you."" Leviticus 11:1-4
"Do not eat any detestable thing. These are the animals you may eat: the ox, the sheep, the goat, the deer, the gazelle, the roe deer, the wild goat, the ibex, the antelope and the mountain sheep. You may eat any animal that has a split hoof divided in two and that chews the cud. However, of those that chew the cud or that have a split hoof completely divided you may not eat the camel, the rabbit or the coney. Although they chew the cud, they do not have a split hoof; they are ceremonially unclean for you." Deuteronomy 14:3-7 (Source)
Here is my previous rebuttal to these translations of his:
3- Do Shamoun's Bible Verses really prohibit Camel meat?
According to the Biblical verses that Shamoun mentioned in his argument, there appears to be a clear contradiction regarding the camel's hoofs:
Are they split?
No?!
First of all, since the Bible's books of Leviticus and Deuteronomy were written after the death of Moses and Aaron, peace be upon them, and they were even written many years apart, it is clear that man's corruption have entered them. Please visit: www.answering-christianity.com/authors_gospels.htm to see the Bible's own theologians' quotes regarding this matter.
We might still pull Divine Truth from them, as Sheikh Abdullah Yusuf Ali did in his writings above, but it must be done with the Confirmation of the Noble Quran's Divine Truth and Commands. In other words, the Noble Quran must first make the Claim, and we then, and only then, we can go and fetch its details from the Bible, if it concerns the Bible.

Anyway, Leviticus 11:1-4 clearly says that the Jews:
1- Can eat ANY ANIMAL that has a completely divided split hoof and chews cud. And it then goes on to say that the camel DOES chew the cud but does not have a split hoof. So therefore it is forbidden.
2- So have the camel had "a completely divided split hoofs", then its meat would be allowed, since it also chews the cud.
But the camel does have a completely divided split hoof!

Ironically, the next verses confirm this!
Yes and No?!
Although they chew the cud, they do not have a split hoof; they are ceremonially unclean for you." Deuteronomy 14:3-7
1- Now the Bible recognizes that camels do have "split hoof completely divided"! The first underlined quote in the verse clearly proves this.
2- But Leviticus 11:1-4 did say: "You may eat any animal that has a split hoof completely divided and that chews the cud", and it then goes on to say that the camel does not have "split hoof":
"The camel, though it chews the cud, does not have a split hoof; it is ceremonially unclean for you.""
Bad Dog Fight:
The two sets of verses that Shamoun gave are dog-fighting each others like two fighter jets! They are going around each others in full circles trying to eliminate one another.
One set says that have the camel had completely divided split hoofs, then its meat would've been lawful: "You may eat any animal that has a split hoof completely divided and that chews the cud." But unfortunately for camels, they "do not have split hoofs" (Leviticus 11:1-4).
"Any animal" here includes all animals! The exception that was given regarding camels not having "split hoofs" was soundly proven to be erroneous and absurd! As the pictures above clearly reveal, camels do have completely divided split hoofs.
So the exception clause was wrong to begin with. And because it is wrong, it now left "Any animal" open for all animals that have completely divided split hoofs. Camels can not be excluded using the erroneous Leviticus 11:1-4.
Ironically, the Deuteronomy 14:3-7 verses are confirming my point. They are are saying no, camels do have completely divided split hoofs (directly contradicting Leviticus 11:1-4):
".....However, of those that chew the cud or that have a split hoof completely divided you may not eat the camel, the rabbit or the coney. Although they chew the cud, they do not have a split hoof; they are ceremonially unclean for you." Deuteronomy 14:3-7
And even in these erroneous and absurd verses, we are first told that camels have split hoofs (that are completely divided), and then no they do not have split hoofs.
Am I not reading this right or what??
What about the rest of the 2/3 of my rebuttal?
What the liar "responded" to wasn't even 1/2 of what my rebuttal consisted of, and it wasn't really that relevant either quite frankly, because the main points were; the real points were:
1- I refuted his objection in regards to why Islam allows camel meat since his own Jesus and Paul nullified the Jewish Law and even allowed their followers to eat dead and rotten animals!
Yes, Jesus and Paul allowed the eating of dead and rotten animals in the NT!
2- Allah Almighty recognized the Jewish Law in the Noble Quran and clearly told the Muslims that they are not obligated to follow it.
3- I gave examples such as the Sabbath, the birth of girls causing double the pollution as the birth of boys, and the use of cedar wood and bird blood for purification to prove that much of the Jewish Law was unique to them, and wasn't sent to Mankind.
The the foul-mouthed and ill-mannered liar conveniently ignored all of these relevant and main points, and instead, answered a one side point which he still hasn't answered properly, which is why his dubious translation was completely off and false regarding camels' hooves.
Again, please visit: http://www.answering-christianity.com/quran/bloodatonement_rebuttal.htm#camels to see all of the details and proofs.
Camel sacrifice in the Bible and the Noble Quran. See the economical reasons of why Allah Almighty allowed it for the Muslims. Also see how Allah Almighty did mention the animals with split hoofs in the Noble Quran. I proved that the Bible clearly allowed camel sacrifice to its followers! Jesus and Paul both allowed their followers to even eat dead and rotten animals.

Did Isaiah 53 really prophesies about the crucifixion of Jesus? It supports Islam's claims about Jesus peace be upon him never died on the cross. I also addressed John 19:36-37 from the Bible and proved that Jesus never got crucified, since GOD Almighty promised that he will protect Jesus' body and not let even a single bone be broken. My question to all Christians is: How in the world is it possible for the feet to get nailed on the cross without any penetration to the bones by the nails, hence breaking part of the feet's bones?! I also added refutations to Exodus 12:46, Numbers 9:12, Zechariah 12:10 and Psalm 34:20, which supposedly prove the Christians' belief about Jesus crucifixion. I proved that this dogma has no truth what so ever and exposed the wrong Trinitarian English translation of Zechariah 12:10.
