Can a Muslim man really have sex with his male slave?

While both Islam and the Bible allow for male masters to have sex with their female slaves, including the married ones, but it is important to know that Islam does not permit male Muslim owners from having sex with their male slave men.  Here is the poof:

 

 

1-  Sex with Slaves:

Let us look at whom Allah Almighty allowed for Muslim men to have sex with in general:

"If ye fear that ye shall not be able to deal justly with the orphans, Marry women of your choice, Two or three or four; but if ye fear that ye shall not be able to deal justly (with them), then only one, or (a captive) that your right hands possess, that will be more suitable, to prevent you from doing injustice.  (The Noble Quran, 4:3)"

Note:   This Noble Verse clearly limits the "right had possess" to females or "women of your choice".


"O Prophet! We have made lawful to thee thy wives to whom thou hast paid their dowers; and those whom thy right hand possesses out of the prisoners of war whom God has assigned to thee; and daughters of thy paternal uncles and aunts, and daughters of thy maternal uncles and aunts, who migrated (from Makka) with thee; and any believing woman who dedicates her soul to the Prophet if the Prophet wishes to wed her;- this only for thee, and not for the Believers (at large); We know what We have appointed for them as to their wives and the captives whom their right hands possess;- in order that there should be no difficulty for thee. And God is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.  (The Noble Quran, 33:50)"

Note:   "Right had possess" here are females from the "prisoners of war". 


"Also (prohibited are) women already married, except those whom your right hands possess: Thus hath God ordained (Prohibitions) against you: Except for these, all others are lawful, provided ye seek (them in marriage) with gifts from your property,- desiring chastity, not lust, seeing that ye derive benefit from them, give them their dowers (at least) as prescribed; but if, after a dower is prescribed, agree Mutually (to vary it), there is no blame on you, and God is All-knowing, All-wise. (The Noble Quran, 4:23-24)"

Note:   Again, this Noble Verse clearly limits the "right had possess" to females; "women already married, except those whom your right hands possess".

Also notice in the same Noble Verse it talks about giving them "dowry" if the man desires them for marriage.  Homosexual marriage is clearly forbidden in Islam.   I have proved this with ample Noble Verses.   This again proves that the Noble Verse is only speaking about female slaves and not all slaves in general.


"Prohibited to you (For marriage) are:- Your mothers, daughters, sisters; father's sisters, Mother's sisters; brother's daughters, sister's daughters; foster-mothers (Who gave you suck), foster-sisters; your wives' mothers; your step-daughters under your guardianship, born of your wives to whom ye have gone in,- no prohibition if ye have not gone in;- (Those who have been) wives of your sons proceeding from your loins; and two sisters in wedlock at one and the same time, except for what is past; for God is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful;-  

Notice in all of these Noble Verses, Allah Almighty Almighty is clearly and indisputably speaking about sexual relationships, those that are allowed and those that are prohibited, between the Muslim man and a variety of females!

 

There is no question that male slaves are excluded from these Noble Verses!

"....women of your choice...." and women from the "....prisoners of war...." clearly prove that sex is only limited between the Muslim male master and his female slave from among the slaves.

Freeing of slaves is Commanded by Allah Almighty:

"It is not righteousness that ye turn your faces Towards east or West; but it is righteousness to believe in God and the Last Day, and the Angels, and the Book, and the Messengers; to spend of your substance, out of love for Him, for your kin, for orphans, for the needy, for the wayfarer, for those who ask, and for the ransom of slaves; to be steadfast in prayer, and practice regular charity; to fulfil the contracts which ye have made; and to be firm and patient, in pain (or suffering) and adversity, and throughout all periods of panic. Such are the people of truth, the God-fearing.  (The Noble Quran, 2:177)"

"Never should a believer kill a believer; but (If it so happens) by mistake, (Compensation is due): If one (so) kills a believer, it is ordained that he should free a believing slave, and pay compensation to the deceased's family, unless they remit it freely. If the deceased belonged to a people at war with you, and he was a believer, the freeing of a believing slave (Is enough). If he belonged to a people with whom ye have treaty of Mutual alliance, compensation should be paid to his family, and a believing slave be freed. For those who find this beyond their means, (is prescribed) a fast for two months running: by way of repentance to God: for God hath all knowledge and all wisdom.  (The Noble Quran, 4:92)"

"God will not call you to account for what is futile in your oaths, but He will call you to account for your deliberate oaths: for expiation, feed ten indigent persons, on a scale of the average for the food of your families; or clothe them; or give a slave his freedom. If that is beyond your means, fast for three days. That is the expiation for the oaths ye have sworn. But keep to your oaths. Thus doth God make clear to you His signs, that ye may be grateful.  (The Noble Quran, 5:89)"

"But those who divorce their wives by Zihar, then wish to go back on the words they uttered, (It is ordained that such a one) should free a slave before they touch each other: Thus are ye admonished to perform: and God is well-acquainted with (all) that ye do.  (The Noble Quran, 58:3)"

Narrated Abu Musa Al-Ash'ari:  "The Prophet said, "Give food to the hungry, pay a visit to the sick and release (set free) the one in captivity (by paying his ransom)."  (Translation of Sahih Bukhari, Food, Meals, Volume 7, Book 65, Number 286)"

Narrated Asma: "No doubt the Prophet ordered people to manumit slaves during the solar eclipse.    (Translation of Sahih Bukhari, Eclipses, Volume 2, Book 18, Number 163)"

"'Abdullah b. 'Umar reported that 'Umar b. Khattab asked the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) as he was at ji'rana (a town near Mecca) on his way back from Ta'if: Messenger of Allah, I had taken a vow during the days of Ignorance that I would observe I'tikaf for one day in the Sacred Mosque. So what is your opinion? He said: Go and observe I'tikaf for a day. And Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) gave him a slave girl out of the one-fifth (of the spoils of war meant for the Holy Prophet). And when Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) set the war prisoners free. 'Umar b. Khattab heard their voice as they were saying: Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) has set us free. He (Hadrat 'Umar) said: What is this? They said: Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) has set free the prisoners of war (which had fallen to the lot of people). Thereupon he (Hadrat 'Umar) said: Abdullah, go to that slave-girl and set her free.  (Translation of Sahih Muslim, The Book of Oaths (Kitab Al-Aiman), Book 015, Number 4074)"

 

If a slave requests his freedom from the Muslim master, he can get it:

First, it is important to know that thousands of years ago life was different than today.  Today, people wouldn't accept slavery for any reason.  The reason for this is because people are a lot more independent both financially, education wise, mentally, etc...  But people back then were different.  When a tribe or a group of people lose a major battle and their money is mostly, if not all, is taken as war booty by the other side, then people could and would accept being slaves for the following reasons:

1-  Both financial and social security. When their country or tribe lost the war, they also lost most or all of their money as war booty.  Being out of money and food, it becomes necessary for an individual to find the means for basic survival in life.  Living as a slave would provide this.

2-  Protection from hostile individuals. Even under the Islamic rule, you can still find hostile individuals who violate the Law and take matters into their own hands. An enemy family can be sometime in danger if they don't have a "protector".

3-  Widows, Orphans, and the extremely poor of the enemy side need the financial and social protection from a Master.  Back then, there were no governments with good social system that protects everyone. Slavery back then was that social system in special cases.

There are probably more points I can add, but I think these are sufficient enough. Let us now see the Islamic System toward Slaves:

Yes slaves were taken from the blood-thirsty and hostile enemies, but they were also given the right to get their freedom when ever they want.  The Noble Quran not only allows slaves to request their freedom from their Muslim masters, but also orders the Muslim masters to pay the slaves money to help them stand on their feet and to be able to face life with a good jump start.

Let us look at Noble Verse 24:33 "Let those who find not the wherewithal for marriage keep themselves chaste, until God gives them means out of His grace. And if any of your slaves ask for a deed in writing (to enable them to earn their freedom for a certain sum), give them such a deed if ye know any good in them: yea, give them something yourselves out of the means which God has given to you. But force not your maids to prostitution when they desire chastity, in order that ye may make a gain in the goods of this life. But if anyone compels them, yet, after such compulsion, is God, Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful (to them),"    In this Noble Verse, we see that if a slave requests his freedom from his Muslim master, then his master not only must help him earn his freedom if there is good in the Slave, but also pay him money so the slave can have a good start in his free life.

"The law of slavery in the legal sense of the term is now obsolete.  While it had any meaning, Islam made the slave's lot as easy as possible.    A slave, male or female, could ask for conditional manumission by a written deed fixing the amount required for manumission and allowing the slave meanwhile to earn money by lawful means and perhaps marry and bring up a family.  Such a deed was not to be refused if the request was genuine and the slave had character.  Not only that, but the master is directed to help with money out of his own resources in order to enable the slave to earn his or her own liberty." Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him said:

Narrated Abu Musa Al-Ash'ari:  "The Prophet said, "Give food to the hungry, pay a visit to the sick and release (set free) the one in captivity (by paying his ransom)."  (Translation of Sahih Bukhari, Food, Meals, Volume 7, Book 65, Number 286)"

 

The Bottom line is:

The bottom line is that in order for the Muslims to remain as a purified and GOD Almighty-fearing and obeying society, one of the requirements that they had to accomplish was to gradually and completely eliminate slavery - the same slavery that was at its peak during the Jews', Christians' and Pagans' times.

4-  Mastery is only allowed for males, not females!

Let us look at what Allah Almighty Said in the Noble Quran:

"Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because God has given the one more (strength) than the other, and because they support them from their means. Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient, and guard in (the husband's) absence what God would have them guard. As to those women on whose part ye fear disloyalty and ill-conduct, admonish them (first), (Next), refuse to share their beds, (And last) beat them (lightly); but if they return to obedience, seek not against them Means (of annoyance): For God is Most High, great (above you all).  (The Noble Quran, 4:34)"

The reason I created this section and posted this Noble Verse is to refute the question on whether a Muslim woman can have sex with "her" male slave.  A woman would not have a male slave to herself.  The male slave would be either owned by either her father, brother, son, husband or uncle (if every former one is deceased)!   Women do not own slaves.  Men in Islam are above women in responsibility and authority.

Women are not allowed to live by themselves in Islam; they need 'Muhrim':

According to Islam, women are not only allowed to have male slaves all by themselves, or females slaves for this matter, but they're also not allowed to:

1-  Live by themselves without a Muhrim (father, brother, uncle, son or husband).

2-  They're not even allowed to travel for more than a 3-day period to visit other relatives.

That is why the woman's pilgrimage to Mecca is not allowed without her being with a Muhrim, and that is why women in Saudi Arabia are not allowed to drive.

At any rate, "Men are the protectors and maintainers of women...." along with many other Noble Verses that I will add later on, insha'Allah (if Allah Almighty is Willing) are sufficient enough to prove that women must always be under men's authority, and certainly they can not own slaves from the spoils of wars, because they are not allowed to live alone to begin with.

By the way, women in Islam do inherit and they do get to keep their inheritance.   Unlike the Bible where if sons (the women's brothers) exist, then only the sons inherit.

"Your Slaves are your brothers" in Islam

Can a slave request his freedom from his Muslim Master and be granted his freedom in Islam?  Yes.  The Muslim Master must pay him/her money too to get a nice jump start in life too according to the Noble Quran.

Why did Allah Almighty make lawful for Muslim men to have sexual intercourse with the married women whom are captives of war?

 

 

Muslim women can't marry non-Muslim men:

Another reason why a Muslim woman can not have a sexual relationship with "her" slave is the fact that she may get pregnant from him.

Because women, especially during the Biblical and Islamic days, follow their husbands and they and their children end up carrying the father's family name, traditions and religious practice, Allah Almighty forbade Muslim women from marrying men other than Muslims:

"O ye who believe! When there come to you believing women refugees, examine (and test) them: God knows best as to their Faith: if ye ascertain that they are Believers, then send them not back to the Unbelievers (Luke 2:52: GOD forgave Jesus' sins and was "charitable" with him). They are not lawful (wives) for the Unbelievers, nor are the (Unbelievers) lawful (husbands) for them. But pay the Unbelievers what they have spent (on their dower), and there will be no blame on you if ye marry them on payment of their dower to them. But hold not to the guardianship of unbelieving women: ask for what ye have spent on their dowers, and let the (Unbelievers) ask for what they have spent (on the dowers of women who come over to you). Such is the command of God: He judges (with justice) between you. And God is Full of Knowledge and Wisdom.  (The Noble Quran, 60:10)"

Notice how Allah Almighty in the previous section was talking about marriage and sexual relationship between a Muslim man and his wives and slave girls. 

Notice here in Noble Verse 60:10, Allah Almighty clearly declared that Muslim women are forbidden upon the disbelieving men.  This is enough proof by itself to show that a Muslim woman is not allowed to have sex with her family's male slave.

 

 

5-  Where in the Bible is lesbianism prohibited?

Let us now turn the table around on the hateful bastards and ask them to show us where lesbianism is prohibited in their gospel of porn, the book of women's vaginas and breasts taste like "wine".  

Let us look at the following verses in the Bibles:

Leviticus 20:13:
13 If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads.

No other verse in the Bible covers homosexuality so straight forward as this one!   There are other vague ones such as the damnation of Sodom and Gomorah for the "evil" and "wickedness" that they've done, but absolutely and most certainly, Leviticus 20:13 is the only verse in the Bible that addresses homosexuality directly!

In fact, the Bible clearly distinguishes between men and women in punishments.   Here are few examples:

Leviticus 20:15 "IF A MAN has sexual relations with an animal, he must be put to death, and you must kill the animal."

Leviticus 20:16 "IF A WOMAN approaches an animal to have sexual relations with it, kill both the woman and the animal. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads."

Notice that the man has to be caught having sex with the animal in order for him to be executed, while the woman does not, and she would still get executed.  All she has to do is look suspicious and she is dead!  Here we clearly see that men and women are separated.

Here is another example:

Leviticus 21:9  "And the daughter of any priest, if she profane herself by playing the whore, she profaneth her father: she shall be burnt with fire."

Here we see that no sons are mentioned!  Only daughters.  I am not saying that sons are allowed to be whores, because Leviticus 20:13 above prohibits men from doing sodomy, but there is no question that only a daughter would get burnt with fire if the father is a priest!

 

So as we clearly see, lesbianism is not condemned in the Bible's Old Testament!

 

The Christians' NT's homosexual verses:

1 Corinthians 6:9
9 Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders

By the way, "homosexual offenders" is only limited to males!   The NIV Bible's translators twisted the translation to include females!  Here is the proof from the Arabic translation and other English translations:

"Mudajioo Al-thukoor" literally means those who go to bed with males!

mudajioo is derived from the root word "madaji'a", which means beds:

"....(Next), refuse to share their beds,.....(The Noble Quran, 4:34)"

This part says: "Wa Uhjorohunna fee al-madaji'a".   This is further proved at www.QuranSearch.com.

The Arabic transliteration in the link says "....waohjuroohunna fee almadajiAAi....", which is close to the one I gave.

Also other English translation of 1 Corinthians 6:9 conflict with the NIV Bible's twisted one:

The King James Version translation makes no mention about homosexuals!

The Darby translation agrees more with the Arabic translation above about only males!

 

Clearly, 1 Corinthians 6:9 only speaks about male homosexuals!

Few notes to point out here:

1-  Notice Paul in Romans 1:26 gave a vague and brief statement regarding women, while in Romans 1:27, he gave a more detailed description about homosexual men!

2-  The English translation of the NIV Bible above is bogus and filled with deliberate lies!   Here is the proof:

1-  From the Arabic translation:

Romans 1:26 reads:  "....their women deviated/changed from using their bodies in the natural way to the way that is conflicting with nature."

No mention of "exchanging natural relations" as the liars of the NIV Bible above said!  In other words, the verse does not say that women are exchanging sex with each others!

26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:


While these verses certainly talk about women's misuse of their bodies and practicing sex in an "unnatural" way, but couldn't this be referring to prostitution?   Wouldn't prostitution with males be a valid interpretation to Romans 1:26?

Wouldn't Romans 1:26 also include women who cheat on their husbands?  Also, women who have sex with animals?

Now certainly, lesbianism may fall under Romans 1:26 as well, just to be fair, but Paul never elaborated on this very exact point as he did with the males above "inflamed with lust for one another" and doing "indecent acts" with each others (See also Isaiah 1:9-17: Yahweh called Israel Sodom, because it spreads evil and is unjust).   And certainly, his 1 Corinthians 6:9 above does not address lesbians at all, which makes me doubt that he really intended to address lesbians in Romans 1:26.

Also certainly, his Old Testament never talked about lesbians!

 

More evidence about the "unnatural ways" of women!

  1. Deuteronomy 23:17
    17 There shall be no whore of the daughters of Israel, nor a sodomite of the sons of Israel.

    No homosexual males and no prostitute females are allowed in Israel!  There is reference to homosexual males, but very vague reference to lesbian women (assuming that the female whores in the verse would fornicate with each others).

  2. Leviticus 20:15 "IF A MAN has sexual relations with an animal, he must be put to death, and you must kill the animal."

    Leviticus 20:16 "IF A WOMAN approaches an animal to have sexual relations with it, kill both the woman and the animal. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads."

    Notice here that the man has to get caught having sex with an animal in order for him to be put to death, while the woman does not necessarily have to get caught having sex with an animal.  If she only looks suspicious then she would still be put to death, while the man has to be caught doing it. 

     

There is no question!

There is no question that we can't apply Leviticus 20:13 above to lesbians, because it only talks about male homosexuals practicing anal sex.  The bestiality verses of Leviticus 20:15-16 clearly and indisputably prove that the OT is as clear as the sun when it comes to separating the laws between men and women.

Therefore, Leviticus 20:13 can not be applied to lesbian women.   Period!

 

So now why should we assume that Paul addressed lesbians and not just prostitutes, adulterous and/or bestial women in Romans 1:26 above??

 

And even if he did, this still doesn't answer the problem of the thousands of years gap between uncle Paul and Leviticus 20:13 about the prohibition of lesbianism!

Leviticus 20:13 alone by itself does not in anyway, shape or form prohibit lesbianism!

 

 

So what are we to understand from Leviticus 20:13 above?

Open challenge to the Islam-haters!

Now I want to ask those Islam-hating polytheist trinitarian pagans to show me in their gospel of porn, the book of women's vaginas and breasts taste like "wine", where two women going at it graphically, without even necessarily inserting anything into any of their vaginas (to make the argument less controversial), is forbidden in their book?

Pardon me for being a little graphic, but show me where the rubbing, sucking and licking between two females, a Christian mother and her daughter for instance, is forbidden in the gospel of porn, especially during the Old Testament days, 1000s of years before the New Testament?

 

 

6-  Conclusion:

There is no question that having sex with a male slave is forbidden in Islam.  The Noble Quran is crystal clear about only Muslim men being allowed to have sex with female slaves.

There is also no question that Muslim women are not allowed to have sex with any man other than their own husbands.  No where in the Noble Quran did Allah Almighty allow for the Muslim woman to have sex with her male-guardian's (father, brother, husband or son) male-slave, while Allah Almighty did allow for the Muslim men to have sex with the female slaves.

Islam also, as I demonstrated above, came to gradually end the Judeo-Christian and Pagan slavery.  That is why slavery did not exist among Muslims during the Islamic Empire's golden days.  The Christians and their Church, on the other hand, were notorious in enslaving other nations, especially the Africans, during their golden days in Europe.
